What I make available to you with a consultation is an avenue to express and share your ideas and plans for your Post N Beam Home. It is very prudent and practical to take the time to familiarize yourself with all the aspects of your project prior to decision making time. Very often home owners are asked to make decisions on concepts they have not even been given a basic understanding of. Uninformed decisions can lead to unsatisfactory results in either the original concept/design you were looking for or even worse, in your budget. With an unbiased, honest consultation, we can evaluate your project together and discuss how to effectively make your ideas come to life. Many, if not most, will be retaining an architect, general contractor, post and beam manufacturer; as well as several sub-contractors. As you meet with these individuals, you will appreciate having increased your information base so you will be more comfortable with the choices you make. I hope to assist you in making your building experience as enjoyable and creative as possible.
